Crushing on Christopher!

So I have this "thing" for Christopher Sieber.
Yes, he lives on an island in New Jersey.
Yes, he's 14 years younger than me.
Yes, he's already "spoken for."
But a girl can drool, right?
Above, Christopher taking a curtain call for his latest endeavor,
in The Prom.
He plays Trent Oliver, a "Juilliard Graduate" in a
non-equity touring company of Godspell,
looking for a cause.
 I think he's found one!

But first a sitcom!
Two Of A Kind,
starring the Olsen Twins...
Christopher played the dad on this 1 season show,
back in 1997.
Mini bio:
Christopher was born (and bred) in Minnesota,
and has also made appearances on Law & Order,
Pushing Up Daisies, Sex and the City,
and The Good Wife.
There! Now can we kindly move to Broadway?

 Christopher's Broadway debut
was in Triumph of Love (also in 1997)
with Susan Egan (above with Chris),
F. Murray Abraham, Betty Buckley, Roger Bart and
Kevin Chamberlain.
The musical closed after only 85 performances,
but what a cast!
(FYI: just got the cast album, so next week
we'll explore.)

And the rest is Broadway Hunk History!
Above, Chris as Gaston in
Beauty And The Beast (1998).

 In 2002,
Chris and Gregg Edelman
became the Princes (and Wolves!)
in Into The Woods.

 In 2005,
Christopher originated the role of
Sir Dennis Galahad,
above with Lady of the Lake,
Sara Ramirez.
Below, all those incredible Round Table members,
David Hyde Pierce, Hank Azaria, Christopher, Steve Rosen,
and Tim Curry.

 Above as Georges in
La Cage Aux Folles (2010)
with Harvey Fierstein.
Christopher has played the part of Albin, as well,
in other productions.

 In Shrek The Musical (2008),
Christopher (6' 2") lost height as Lord Farquaad,
playing the entire show on his knees.
Below with the stars of that musical:
Sutton Foster (Fiona), Daniel Breaker (Donkey)
 and John Tartaglia (Pinocchio).

 In 2014, Matilda called
and Christopher answered...
The Trunchbull!
His debut in the role had to be postponed a bit,
after injuring his hand on the pommel horse during rehearsal.
(Remember, Agatha was an Olympian in her youth!
Note medals.)

 In 2011,
Christopher married his partner,
Kevin Burrows,
and they really do live on an island
in Lake Tamarack, New Jersey.
Because they can. :)
