You're in Urinetown: The Musical

With its infancy spent with the NeoFuturists,
an experimental theatre group in Chicago,
Urinetown debuted on Broadway during a highly un-musical time in NYC,
September of 2001.
And yet it ran for three years, receiving 11 Tony nominations
(and three wins: Best Book, Best Score, Best Direction).
Above, John Cullum as Caldwell B. Cladwell...
the CEO of UGC, Urine Good Company.

Office Lockstock (yes, there WAS an Officer Barrel as well)
and Little Sally,
played respectively by Jeff McCarthy and Spencer Kayden.

Hutton Foster, center, as Bobby Strong...
and the banner reads, "Yessiree, Pee For Free!"
Words and Music, Greg Kotis and Mark Hollmann.
