Hips and Holidays, both coming on a'pace. "Hips" means a new one, as in going under the knife, as in getting a new bionic ball/socket that weighs a ton...jesus, my weight is gonna skyrocket with this thing! Holidays, well, that's entirely at the other end of the spectrum, with parties and gifting and...drinking. But that's off the menu cuz HIP! HIP, right after New Years. Perfect timing.
As you can see, I am beginning to freak. A little.
But for right now, the old hip is doing its best, schlepping me about the shops, keeping me vertical at tree trim events and radio-ing. To add to my stalwart/staunch resolve, I say "Traditional Broadway!" I say "The Music Man!" I say "Sondheim"! Cuz when the tree is tilting and so are you, buck up with Broadway.
